Douglas M Clayton
Douglas M. Clayton started with a Consulting Engineering Firm in development design and construction management preparing construction inspections in 1977. He became the head of Construction Lending in 1980 and in 1984 entered the commercial real estate industry with Southwind Properties. In 1993 he was chosen to head up their real estate department. Mr. Clayton has been involved in the leasing, management and sale of over $400 million dollars worth of real estate in the past twenty five years. He was a principle in the formation of American Investment Exchange, LLC, which has dealt strictly in tenants in common acquisitions. He then formed Greystone Real Estate Group, LLC to handle the smaller tenants in common deals. D & G Associates is the management affiliate of Greystone Real Estate Group. Mr. Clayton is one of the pioneers in bringing the benefits of tenant in common ownership to real estate investors.
Gail H. Clayton
Mrs. Gail H. Clayton is our Head of Administration. Gail oversees all of the staff at D&G. She handles all hiring of our prospective employees, authorizes vacation and sick leave and supervises all D&G departments.
Susan M. Critzman
Susan M. Critzman is a CPA with a Masters Degree in Business and is also our Chief Financial Officer at D&G. Susan oversees the entire Accounting Department and is responsible for all financial reports on each of our properties. Also, as our CPA, Susan files all Tax Reports on behalf of D&G for all of our properties.
Donna M. DiSanto
Donna M. DiSanto is our Director of Operations at D&G. Donna is responsible for implementing and developing strategies for operational management and development within agreed budgets and time scales. Donna reports on all operational issues, opportunities and development plans as well as achievements. She also ensures that all activities meet the organizational requirements for health & safety, quality management, legal stipulations and the general duty of care. Donna is an important part of our excellent property management services at D&G.
Theresa M. Plotts
Theresa M. Plotts is our Head of Accounting Operations at D&G. Theresa handles all of our Accounts Receivable, reconciles all bank accounts, initiates all of our domestic wire transfers and is responsible for all cash flow reports created by D&G. Theresa releases all Direct Deposit payments to all of our valued D&G investors as well as operating our AMSI data base system. Theresa is also the administrator of payroll and our 401k plan at D&G.
April L. Plotts
April L. Plotts is our Director of Accounting Services at D&G. April posts and processes all of our vendor invoices and runs all of our accounts payable reports. April is the point of contact for all of our vendors at each one of our beautiful properties and plays a key role in the day to day operation of our Accounting Department. April keeps record of all vendor contracts, proposals and agreements as well as the insurance documents for all of our properties’ policies. April also expedites all financial reports, generated by D&G, to each of our valued investors monthly.
Stephanie L. Diehl
Stephanie L. Diehl is our Director of Marketing at D&G. Stephanie is responsible for marketing and creating literature for our potential clients and investors. Stephanie implements all marketing aspects for each property through web-based advertising, brochures, signs, banners etc. Stephanie also serves as Executive Assistant to Mr. and Mrs. Douglas M. Clayton.
